Change of mind: Eligible cancellations and returns are for Homecamp store credit. Conditions, time limits and exclusions apply. Contact us before returning any goods.
Pitched or used tents: These are normally excluded from change-of-mind returns. If we approve an exceptional return, reasonable restocking deductions may apply as explained in our terms and agreed with you beforehand.
Discretionary refunds: If we exceptionally agree to a change-of-mind refund to your original payment method, actual unrecovered payment-provider fees may be deducted where permitted by law and the provider’s terms. We will confirm the deduction with you before processing.
Your consumer rights: These change-of-mind conditions do not restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Applicable remedies for faulty goods remain available, and legally required refunds are not reduced by payment-processing or restocking fees.
