One of our top-selling tents is the Homecamp Tipi Tent, and it’s easy to see why. The Tipi hits the sweet spot between a roomy Bell Tent and our smaller tents. This is a genuine 3-4 person tent. Its quick and easy setup, requiring just a single pole and some pegging, makes it ideal for solo adventurers, couples, or small families, as well as for those who 4×4 touring who need a fast set-up. What we particularly love about this tent is its simplicity—just walk in the pole, peg the guys, and you’re done. You can stand up inside, and there’s even enough room to run a stove if needed. One of the most common questions we receive is about the size, particularly in comparison to a Bell Tent.

Things to consider when comparing tents is the size (both packed away and set-up), weight and relative bulk. If you are planning on camping with a stove then this also needs to be considered – we would not recommend any more than two people camping in a Tipi Tent with a stove.
