Be the envy of campers everywhere with our new A-Frame Cabin Tent!

We have extended our A-Frame Range to include the new A-Frame 4m Cabin Tent. Made from lightweight yet tough 300D Oxford Canvas this tent is the best trade-off for size vs. weight that we currently offer.

Large enough to fit two full-sized double beds or up to 6 single mattresses comfortably. The cabin tent is 100% waterproof and features two huge doors opposite each other, both with separate secondary mosquito netting doors and extra large windows – this design keeps the air flowing.

The entire tent packs down into a bag that weighs less than 14kg and is no larger than a golf bag.

Just like all of our products simplicity is key. We designed the A-Frame Cabin Tent so it can be set up in minutes by a single person. The tent comes with lightweight aluminium poles that attach to a ridge pole that keeps the A-Frame Cabin ultra-sturdy in high wind conditions.

There is a forthcoming inner tent that divides the tent into two sections (keep kids/dogs/gear on one side and your bedroom on the other).

We also have a footprint tarp and awning coming, so watch this space.

Great tent, highly recommend

We love this tent - super quick and easy to put up, looks great and has a great amount of space inside. The large doors on both ends are great to open up on a warm day to let the breeze through. The tent and accessory materials are high quality and it is easy to pack up. Highly recommend.

Rediscover camping

Just got back from a lovely trip over to Bruny Island (Tasmania). We've decided to try camping again. Neither my wife and I thought we liked camping, having suffered through many school and Guides camping trips. But, after some research we found this cabin tent and thought it might provide the experience we were hoping for. In short, it didn't disappoint. The tent is super easy to put up. We had it set up within about 15 minutes and neither of us had put up a tent in decades. It is spacious, light, and has great airflow. Just a really lovely place to spend time.

After two wonderful days of bright sunshine and warmish (for Tassie) weather, we got the rain that we so dearly needed down here. Unfortunately, it meant that we woke up to our tent sitting in a puddle of about half an inch of water. To the tent's credit, the only place where some water might have come in was a couple of stitched seams, but we hadn't seasoned the tent so this was probably expected (they had been basically submerged for a few hours by that point). Apart from this, the tent was dry and comfortable.

We are in love with our new tent and are already planning lots more trips around the state. Homecamp has made campers of us. Thank you.

Hi James, Thank you for such a thoughtful review of the Cabin Tent - we are stoked that you are happy with the tent and have a renewed passion for camping! Thanks again, HC

Really beautiful tent.

Spacious, great quality materials, nifty rope adjusters. We've had many compliments. It's such a great size, looks great and is great quality.

Love your Work!

5 stars - the airiness, the height, and the space inside, plus the vintage look (I had old guys in the campground come and tell me their parents used to own a tent that looked like mine).

Legendary!

Roomy, great materials, thoroughly waterproof even in stormy weather, and packs into a nicely compact and light-for-size kit that makes transport and setup a breeze. We've had a range of tents and swags over the years, and this is easily the best camping kit we've used for family camping (2 adults and 2 pre-teen kids). Gear is legendary!

Simplicity

We bought the Cabin Tent on preorder which was delayed for various reasons. We had some doubts but thankfully the tent arrived before Christmas.
The first thing to mention is that it's a darker green than the photos make out but this is a good thing - the tent looks awesome! we had loads of comments from other campers. Secondly, its a very simple design that's easy to put up and you get loads of space. Its made from a synthetic material and therefore wasn't any issues with the rain. The tent is not exactly lightweight but heavy either and it packs down small. Lots of nice details with the pockets etc. Would recommend.

Hey Pes, thank you for taking the time to review the tent - I think you might be referring to the older photos which were not colour-corrected. The updated photos are more accurate. Keep an eye out for accessories coming soon!
