This is a great addition to any bell tent, especially if you are considering camping in the colder/wetter months, it enables a place to keep your shoes and other non essential tent gear dry and out of the way, leaving more room
In your tent. It also reduces the amount of debris brought in, especially in wet weather!
The actual sheet is fantastic and is very versatile. Only reason I’m giving a four and not a five is because the pole provided is too short to enable an adult to stand up as per the intended set up. I have had to buy 4 extendable poles to give the family the functionality you need from an awning for a family (given that the bell tent can house one).
We are big campers, and we own a Lot of tents. I love our Bell tent best. We've used it for a few years now, and I love that we can fit all of our family of 5 into it - with 3 kids all of us comfortably sleeping together. It's Wonderful. But, what annoys me is the carry cover. The tent is so heavy that it is a two-person carry. May I suggest that the cover has two additional end-straps, perhaps in addition to the side handles. This would enable walking down a track/corridor/through doors which the current handles don't enable. You would be welcome to add end-straps to our cover as a prototype test. I hope that this may helpful and constructive for your consideration. Warmly, Andy
