Description
Okatsune have been in the business of making secateurs (aka pruning or hand shears), hedge shears and gardening scissors in Hiroshima, Japan for over 80 years.
Forged in the traditional way with their own proprietary process, Okasune’s snips are a general use garden scissor made from the best quality Izumo Yasugi steel – the same steel used to make Japanese samurai swords.
The Okatsune Short Nose Thinning Snips are designed for thinning and cutting through hardier woody stems such as fruit trees and excellent for harvesting pears and apples or stone fruit.
Makes a great gift when combined with the Okatsune secateurs and holster.
