We’re excited to introduce the new Homecamp Twin Bell Tent – our biggest and boldest tent yet. With a massive 6m x 4m footprint and a towering 3m peak height, this is a serious head-turner of a tent. Ideal as a basecamp or group setup, it’s perfect for accommodation providers and campers who need space to stretch out, sleep comfortably, and move freely.
Our initial batch is exclusively available in Forest Green – a colourway that blends in with natural surroundings while filtering out morning light for a more restful sleep. The 285gsm canvas is the best of both worlds: relatively lightweight yet super strong – ideal for cooler climates and year-round camping.
Built for Practical Living
Like all Homecamp tents, the Twin Bell features a 650gsm PVC groundsheet sewn into the base. This forms a 4-inch bathtub-style floor to keep out water, mud, and damp – even during heavy rain.
The floor connects via a zip system, allowing you to roll up the walls for airflow or fully detach the groundsheet for cleaning, ventilation, or transport. At the main door, the groundsheet can unzip to lay flat, making it easier to sweep out the tent and avoiding any trip hazard at the entrance.
Strong Canvas That Breathes
The tent is made from 285gsm cotton-poly canvas – tightly woven, naturally breathable, and treated to resist water, UV, mould, and rot. It’s solid enough for four-season use, yet still light enough to pack down with ease.
Our Forest Green canvas filters out early morning light and holds a touch more warmth in the afternoon, making it ideal for cooler climates, alpine conditions, or shoulder-season camping where you’re likely to spend more time inside during the day.
Twin Doors, More Flexibility
The tent includes both a front door and a side door, each built with integrated mesh and canvas layers to provide airflow and keep insects out. The side door also features two mesh-backed square windows with roll-up canvas covers, giving you full control over ventilation and light.
All doorways are reinforced with steel A-frame poles to hold the canvas upright and taut, even in wind and wet weather. Entry remains dry and accessible, and the canvas can be neatly tied back with Homecamp loops and toggles when not in use.
Stay Warm, Stay Safe
The Twin Bell comes pre-fitted with a stove jack, ready for use with a wood-burning stove. The jack is velcro-sealed when not in use and allows safe stovepipe exit without compromising canvas integrity – perfect for winter camping or cold-weather trips. As always, follow fire safety guidelines and check local regulations.
Built Solid, Built to Last
This tent is held up by two 38mm spring-loaded steel centre poles, joined at the peak by a 25mm spring-loaded ridge pole for extra support across the wide span. Three steel A-frame door poles keep the doors and windows upright and secure.
It includes a full set of heavy-duty steel and rebar pegs: smooth stakes for the groundsheet and rebar-style guy line stakes for solid grip across all terrain types, from soft sand to rocky ground.
With 25 guy points and extra guy rope options, tension can be distributed evenly to hold firm against strong gusts. It takes a little extra time to pitch properly – but once it’s set, this tent is rock solid. Reflective guy ropes come standard to improve night-time visibility and prevent tripping.
What’s Included
Each Twin Bell Tent includes a spares kit with replacement parts, two heavy-duty carry bags (one for the canvas and one for the poles), and a full set of steel and rebar pegs for both the floor and guy lines.
Optional Accessories
The recommended add-on is the Homecamp Twin Bell Tent Cover – ideal for semi-permanent setups or extra protection in wild weather. Inner tents, footprint tarps, and hot tenting accessories will be available soon.
